We are open from 0830 to 1300 and 1400 to 1830 Monday to Friday.
We have surgeries during the day from 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 6.30pm (Fridays 2.00pm – 6.00pm)
We try to reserve the evening for adults unable to come during the day.
We are closed for routine matters from 1300 to 1400. Should you have an urgent problem during this time please contact reception on 01277 821699.
The surgery will be closed from 1300 on the following dates and will re-open as usual at 0830 the following morning. If you need to speak to a doctor during this time, please phone the surgery and you will be re-directed to the Out Of Hours Service.
Due to the current progressing situation, in order to limit the risk of infection and thereby protect staff and patients, dispensing patients due to collect their medications from Monday 6th April will be allocated a specific collection time.
Patients can expect to receive a text message (or telephone call) informing them of this.
Please ONLY attend the surgery at the time given to collect your medication.
Any other medication queries must be dealt with over the phone - please contact the Dispensary on 01277 821699 outside of our opening hours of of 1100-1300 and 1600-1800 weekdays or email us at email@example.com.
If you need a doctor urgently out of hours please ring 111. Calls to this service are free from landlines and mobiles, or call 01277 821699 and you will automatically be transfered to the Out of Hours Care Service . You may be charged for diverted calls.
They will assess the information you give them and either give you advice over the telephone or arrange for you to be seen by a doctor at one of the local Primary Care Centres.
If you are unable to attend the centre and are clinically in need of a visit this will be arranged.

To access this service please contact us as normal to book an appointment in the HUB - the opening times are as follows

Saturday and Sunday 0800-1400

The GP Extended Access Service is provided by Accountable Care Enterprise Ltd (ACE) which is wholly owned by the GP practices in Brentwood, working together on behalf of practices, patients and staff to deliver safe, effective and responsive healthcare services.

Dental Out of Hours:
Don't contact your GP, as they won't be able to offer emergency or out-of-hours dental care.
If you're in pain while waiting to see a dentist, take painkillers. NHS 111 can also offer other self care advice.
Out of Hours:
Health advice is available 24 hours a day by telephoning 111 or online at www.nhs.uk
When the surgery is closed and you have an urgent problem please telephone free of charge 111. If you ring 01277 821699 you will automatically be diverted to the Out of Hours Service but may be charged for the call.
The GP Walk in Centre Harold Wood is open 08.00 till 20.00 including weekends and all public holidays. Tel 01708 574000
The Minor Injuries Unit at Orsett Hospital is open Monday to Sunday 10.00 – 20.00. Doors close at 19.30. Only emergencies are seen after 19.30. On the last Thursday of the month the department is closed at 18.30 to facilitate regular training updates. The Unit is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day – open all other Bank Holidays.
